A firm price is only given in a written quotation following a site visit.

Where we carry out work for you:

• Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Any change to the agreed scope will be confirmed in writing before it is carried out.
• Timescales are estimates and can be affected by weather, ground conditions and material lead times.
• Payment terms are set out in your quotation and accompanying paperwork.

Our workmanship is guaranteed as stated in your project paperwork. Plants, turf and living materials depend on aftercare, so guarantees on these are subject to the watering and maintenance guidance we provide on handover.

We do not exclude liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
