• Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number and project address.
• Details about your garden or project that you share with us in an enquiry, call or site visit.
• Photographs of work in progress and completed projects, used with your permission.
• Basic technical information from your visit to this website, such as pages viewed and general location.

We use your information to:

• Respond to your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• Plan, schedule and carry out agreed landscaping work.
• Keep records for invoicing, warranties and aftercare.
• Improve our website and understand which pages are useful.

Our website uses a small number of cookies. Essential cookies keep the site working correctly. Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it.

Enquiries that do not become projects are kept for up to two years. Project records, including invoices and guarantees, are kept for six years to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected or erased, and to object to how we use it. Contact us and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with our response you can raise the matter with the Information Commissioner's Office.
